I was referred to Stuart Taylor by my mom's trust lawyer in Utah to deal with probate for a property in Las Vegas. I live in Arizona, so not local to meet directly with Stuart and his team, but it was no problem. Stuart was great with working with me to understand the process in Nevada and the timeline to expect. He and his paralegal Victoria have been communicating with me when new parts of the process start and answer my questions when I have them. It has made dealing with the whole probate process a lot less stressful knowing they had it all under control. Staurt L. Taylor was referred to me by Rick Brenkus and the Brenkus Team when I began the process of selling my parents home a few month's after their passing. Stuart Taylor has gone above and beyond any of my expectations as to what probate was all about. Not only has he and his office explained how this works, but has been there to make sure I fully understood step by step. It's sad that when we have no choice but to go through these types of ordeal in life, you see the ugliness from family members that you once shared and supported with admiration. When I shared with Stuart, all the mean texts from a couple of my siblings, Stuart reached out to them to let them know, he was representing me, and if they needed to communicate, that it will now be done through his office. That hurtful texts discontinued from that point on. Stuart and his paralegal, Victoria, have been so supportive through these saddened and overwhelming times for me. Stuart's goal was and still is, to get me through any sibling rivalry, and is working with the Brenkus Team, that after the sale is complete, to get everyone whats rightfully owed them. The best part about my experience with this firm is, when the home finally sells, all the money will go directly to his office, then divided evenly to all my siblings and myself. This is the best way to stop any further ugliness. As a matter of fact, any items left to my siblings by my parent's wills, is actually still cluttered in his office until they either go there to collect or pay for shipping. Seriously, there's quite a bit of property in his office taking up space. Now to me that says a lot of the kind hearted man Stuart is, just so I don't have to deal with my siblings, or their meanness. I'm glad this office was recommended to me, and if you ever find yourself dealing with family members after the loss of a loved one, with a home in question, take the death certificates, wills and trust over to Stuart's office, let him sort it all out instead of handling it with disgruntled family members whom all of a sudden are feeling entitled. Trust me when I say, if it weren't for all Stuart and Victoria have done and still are doing for me, I'd still be lost! Thank you Stuart and Victoria for all your dedication and continued support through this process, I would not have gotten this far without all your expertise! Please, don't find yourselves out there kicking tires like I did, call or go by his office, and see for yourself why I'm working with the best probate attorney in all of Las Vegas!

Robert Bolick and Dena Logan assisted us with estate planning and putting together a family trust back in 2010.
